In honor of National Staffing Week last month, Tri-Starr Group recognized our temporary employees across the nation for the important role they fill within our client companies. In addition to showing our immense appreciation for their contribution to Tri-Starr, we also honor one person from each of our divisions that stands out with our Employee of the Year Award. Our TechForce division focuses primarily on jobs in the industrial and mechanical industries, while our Tri-Starr branch specializes in job placement in many professional fields including IT and technical, professional services, finance and accounting, administrative and clerical, and legal staffing.
TRI-STARR
Our Tri-Starr team chose to recognize Diana Juarez for her remarkable dedication. Tri-Starr and her assignment company chose to honor Diana because her work ethic, talent, and commitment make such a significant contribution to our workforce. Diana came to Tri-Starr in April 2015, and was selected for a position quickly due to her skills and attitude. We would not be able to provide such remarkable support to our clients without our talented and amazing Field Associates like Diana.
TECHFORCE
From our TechForce division, Tammy Hernandez was honored as Employee of the Year for the exemplary work she does. Tammy began working on her first assignment in 2000 for almost three years. In 2005, she returned to the assignment, and has been there ever since. This relationship proves how invaluable her work and commitment is to Tri-Starr and our client. The reputation of TechForce grows stronger every year because of our field associates like Tammy.
