HOW WE SELECT CANDIDATES & WHY IT WORKS

We don’t just send you a pile of resumes and cover letters.

We offer a sophisticated, white glove service that involves a detailed analysis of each position you are looking to fill. We typically review over one hundred resumes before we present the top 3 candidates or applicants to your team. We do not send someone your way unless we have personally reviewed their resume and interviewed them ourselves.  Our team works with each potential candidate to ensure the information we present to you is relevant to your open role. This saves time and makes the candidates’ information easier for you to review.

How our process works:

  • Needs Analysis Call.

This allows our team to determine if we are the right recruiting company for your needs. If we “sell” you on our services and it’s not the right fit, we’ve not lived up to our promise.

  • Partnership Agreement

This is based off our Needs Analysis Call and will officially start your relationship with Tri-Starr.

  • Quality Call with the Hiring Manager

We schedule an informational call with the hiring manager(s) to fully understand each role, its responsibilities, and the requirements beyond the job description.

  • We Present 3 Candidates

We go through hundreds of resumes, we screen and interview multiple candidates and present you with the three best options.

  • Final Steps

Once all interviews are complete, you decide which of our hiring services works best for the placement of your new team member.

WHAT HIRING SERVICES WE OFFER

  1. Direct-Hire OR Permanent Placement – (we find them, you hire them)
  2. Contract-to-Hire/Flexible Placement – (we find them, we hire them, you hire them if/when you’re ready)
  3. Contract Workers/Temporary Placement – (we find them, we hire them, they work for you until the assignment is complete)
  4. Payroll Services/Payroll Solutions – (you find them, we hire them, they work for you) Have you identified a temporary candidate you’d like to add to your team? We can be their employer of record to take care of payrolling, insurance, benefits administration, and legal responsibilities. Not sure this makes sense here?
  5. Retention Solutions – (we collaborate with your organization on hiring process, company culture and prescribe strategies for retention and overall cultural improvement)
