This is Karina’s first job as a recruiter and she couldn’t be happier to be on this new career path. She describes herself as “a hermit who loves to stay at home and binge watch HBO shows, like Game of Thrones.”
She also describes herself as “that one coworker who asks way too many questions, the one who loves to learn and grow and will run the show when given the opportunity.” Her personal mission is to become a senior recruiter in the next year or so and to hone her skills to be a beast at recruiting.
Biggest piece of advice to others:
Be who you are, be kind, and show grace to everyone, you never know who can open doors for you.
